Jim Duggan is currently President of the New Hampshire Flames. During his three year tenure in this position the organization has grown to be one of the largest Girls AAU programs in New England, providing opportunities for over 200 girls to play AAU basketball. Jim is in his 7th season as a coach for the New Hampshire Flames, having started as a 10U coach back in the early 90’s. His teams have been quite successful over the years, winning over 70% of their games, while simultaneously developing friendships that will continue long after the girls' basketball careers will be over.

Jim started coaching in the Merrimack Youth Association, where he has served for ten years as a Board member and coach. Jim has developed a significant network of NCAA Division II coaches over the years, and has often had coaches and athletes from these colleges conduct clinics to enhance players' basketball skills and to improve coaching techniques.
